In September of 2001, Patrick started his first online comic, My Life with Thrill Kill Karl. In 2004, he started the following comic, Pater Noster. Now, Patrick has new friends who want to play, his good buddies which can also be seen in In the Mind of Vlad Damien, a sporadicly updated funny strip that started in 2001. Say hello to Sam, Joe, Alex G., Alex H. and Simon. These longtime friends will be working on James Bone, this site's latest comic, along with Patrick. About the comics James Bone James Bone is an undead secret agent who lives in the Veiled World, an alternate plane of the Flesh World, aka, our world. James, working under the UK's secret agency has to make sure the order is not disturbed between the world of the living and the world of shadows. The comic is written by Patrick, Sam, Joe, Alex G., Alex H. and Simon, all in team-ups, never really going for one single style. James Bone is more of an experiment in styles. My Life with Thrill Kill Karl Karl is a young misanthropic man living in California who succumbs to the devil, Mephisto, who leads him on a trail of carnage when Karl only wanted the truth. Based on Johann Wolfgang von Goethe's epic opera, Faust, part 1. Pater Noster Mai, Ethan, Keith and Karl all have one thing in common: their father. About the authors Patrick, Sam, Joe, Alex G., Alex H. and Simon are known as "the Circle", a bunch of tightly knit friends who have way too much imagination. Patrick got the ball rolling for 7 years, working alone, but wanted his buddies to tag along, so he proposed James Bone, a project which got the guys going. All 6 are nearign their 30s and don't plan to stop having fun any time soon! FAQ Why is the website white on black? To save energy. Although it is contested for smaller LCD screens, larger LCD screens and CRT screens do save a bit of energy when viewing pages that show mostly black. Why did you get some other people working on the new comics? Because I was tired of working alone. I've known these guys for a very long while and I know we work well together and have a lot of imagination. Hopefully, you'll get to love their work as much as mine, or even more! .
